Our Mission
Move the creative industry forward.
What does that mean?
We want our industry to improve and we never want that mindset to change. We all know we can do better in many areas, so rather than talk about it, we thought we would do something about it. So we created a forum to talk openly about the challenges we face as an industry and what we can do to change it. We want holistic improvement across the industry and we want that to continue, forever.
How will we achieve this?
By hosting interactive forums, round tables and steering groups we will facilitate conversation between key representatives of the industry to promote and enable collaboration, sharing of knowledge and progression. But that’s not all..
What makes UNIFY different?
Our goal is not to host an event series where many ideas are shared, voices heard and intent proclaimed, all for it to be left forevermore at the door of the event, then we all go home (or stay at home..) and forget it ever happened. We will take on the role to continue the conversation into action, hosting smaller roundtables, mediating between parties, hosting webinar’s, providing training solutions. All with the goal to go from idea to tangible solution, based on the needs discussed in the forum.

Co-Founder,
Unity & Motion
We’ve been part of the creative industry for 10 years now, however co-founding our production company Unity & Motion at 24 years old meant that we’ve still got many years to go. We always knew that we didn’t want to be a passive participant in the UK creative industry, we want to actively contribute to help make it better, never settling for operating a certain way because ‘that’s how it’s always been done’. We want to break norms, defy conventions and push us all as an industry to constantly strive to do better for ourselves, for the industry and the world.
Alongside running Unity & Motion with the support of our amazing team, we mentor, coach and strategise for our clients and students. We regularly give talks at Universities to inspire media students that they can take a different journey to the corporate ladder and start a business or a side hustle too.
